Creating a Circus Themed Candy Buffet

I am in the process of putting together a circus themed candy buffet for my niece's birthday! I remember when I was much younger....going to see Barnum & Bailey Circus in Washington DC. I was fascinated! I want to create that same feeling for the kids at the party when they see the candy buffet in circus form!!
